Storage Policies

Payments:  Payments are due in full by the first of each month.  We normally send out an e-mail reminder, but we do not send a bill.  Payments received after the 10th of each month will be considered late, and a $10.00 late fee shall be charged. Returned Checks: A $25 fee is charged for all returned checks, and late fees shall apply if applicable.

Forms of Payment:  Acceptable forms of payments are cash, check, bank draft, and  credit/debit card payment.  Payment should be made payable to LWE Properties, and may either be mailed to 16507-A Northcross Drive, Huntersville, NC  28078, or placed in the mail slot at our storage facility.

Dead Storage ONLY:  Do not store any flammable, explosive, or illicit materials.  Units are for storage only.

Moving Out:  Please notify us a minimum of 10 days prior to moving out.  The unit should be cleaned out and swept.

Rental Deposit:  A non-refundable $25.00 administration fee is required for all units.

Liability:  We do not assume liability for the goods you store.  Adding stored goods to a homeowner’s insurance policy is generally inexpensive; we highly recommend that you contact your insurance agent for further information.
